Robert Wilbert Esquire

Rockville, Maryland

Robert Wilbert was a legal aid lawyer in Florida and Maryland for over two decades, where he represented low-income clients in nearly every area of civil law from domestic law matters to bankruptcy. For over 12 years, he has been managing blogs and social media sites for lawyers and professional associations. Wilbert was featured in the Brennan Center for Justice's first publication, which covered legal aid programs. The publication detailed his work on behalf of disenfranchised communities in Maryland and how Wilbert leveled the playing field so that these communities would have access to justice when being sued by well-funded and powerful adversaries. Wilbert currently heads the Consumer Bankruptcy Department at The Law Offices of Richard B Rosenblatt PC and provides several case law updates each week to the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. In addition, Wilbert also provides instant legal research to lawyers across the nation.
